Introduction to Strength Training for Older Adults
Small Group Strength Training Program

Mondays at the WSM Studio located at 40 Watchung Ave, Chatham NJ

starting on Monday May 6th at 10am. 

These are 60 minute sessions lasting for 6 Weeks

Participants will learn and practice the basics of Strength Training in a safe and controlled manner.

​

The workout schedule: Warm-up, Strength Training for upper and lower body, including the Core. Participants will practice Balance and Coordination exercises. The workout will be completed with a Cool Down and Stretch. Home exercises will be provided.

​

We are looking for 4 participants who can commit to the entire program (there will be 1 make up session –time tbd).
