Our semi-private Functional Training sessions focus on training your body to better perform daily activities through strengthening the core muscles of your abdomen and lower back. Through basic movements and core stability, you will increase you cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, balance, posture and flexibility. Our Functional Training sessions will use fitness tools like ropes, sand bags, kettlebells, rings, TRX straps, bands and different types of medicine balls to maximize your workout routine!
